I have had insurance with you since my dog was 1 and she is now 11. Didn't realize how expensive the insurance gets as they get older but still glad that I carry the insurance for her. My only issue is that now I have had to use the insurance due to Zoey having been diagnosed with diabetes she is on insulin daily so I order it every 6 weeks and send in my bill I don't understand why it takes so long to get reimbursed for the invoice that I send in especially since it is the same and will be until I reach the 2500 per incident It should be something simple!!!
