I would rate them as 4.5. One reason is the way they apply the coinsurance and deductible. So if the plan is to pay 90%, they apply 90% to the bill first, then the deductible. That way they reduce the payment more than first applying deductible to 100% of the bill and then paying 90% of what’s remaining. The payment takes sometime, but the procedure to upload the claim is straightforward. There was an increase from last year in premiums. Don’t know if it was because of the claim or just normal for inflation. Overall a good insurance company.
