I had Pets Best on my previous dog. He had so many issues and we were thankful for insurance. Our new Pup, Sunny is insured and we were hoping for less medical problems at least the first year! No such luck. We’ve had visits to emergency vet and regular vet. Pets best pays their portion without issue. I would have given 5 stars if their reimbursement was quicker like it was 5-15 years ago.
