Pets Best is a great insurance to have and the customer service is good with timely responses to emails. The only issue I have is that it takes forever for a claim to be processed and to receive reimbursement for a claim. It shouldn’t take a month or longer to have a claim processed. Other than that, I have not had any issues or bad experiences with Pets Best. I highly recommend them!
