Love the coverage for my dog. Claims are slow to pay at times. Disputing claims can be trying as they request all records for pets life due to pre-existing conditions criteria. I don’t think they read the disputes sometimes as all records are. It required every time just another review of what was originally submitted that was keyed wrong.
