Overall, fairly good! You can go to any vet without worrying about in or out of network, the scope of what is covered is fairly vast. The two complaints I have are communication and timeliness. With communication, If you have a loss of a particular service within your policy, they don't inform you as to when that happens, they just stop covering the bills, and you have to reach out to determine why. The second is timeliness. When your claims get worked on/reimbursed is random. I've been reimbursed anywhere from two weeks after submitting the claim to 4 months after (it averaging about a month and a half). It would be great to have a legitimate timeframe to expect an insurance payout.
