The people at Pets Best that I have talked to are the best. They listened to me and answered every question I had professionally and fixed any problems I had.
Pets best kept me in the loop when receiving my claims and apologized when they were taking to long to process. And that is the only reason that they did not get 5 stars, as there were too many claims that were delayed.
