Pets Best has been wonderful pet insurance. After a few years of being a member, I had to make my first claim. It ended up working out really well and they paid the claim, as the agreement stated. And, it was a fairly quick turn around for reimbursement. It would be an amazing option if they would let you know prior to agreeing to a Vet’s $6000.00 estimated bill, if the bills would be covered/reimbursed or not. That would be my only complaint. You just submit the paid bill and hope for the best, as far as insurance reimbursement goes. That’s a large amount of money to pay out of pocket to a Vet not knowing if the insurance will reimburse it.
