I did not give a 5 star yet since this is my first year, and the rating can increase after my first year. However, I have had a good experience with them so far. My first claim took a little longer than usual to review but after my other claims were submitted, there was a better turnaround.
The coverage I receive for my older is what I need and the customer service I receive is very good.
The wait time is small and you are always able to speak with someone live which is what I enjoy.
