On average, it takes about six weeks to hear a response/receive a conclusion from PetsBest on a submitted reimbursement. This last time, I received my statement a few days after calling to complain - coincidence? It feels like they forgot about me and needed my phone reminder to jumpstart the process again. I have made three claims in the last year, and all of them took over a month to receive a response. One reason I am using this company is that the monthly premium is paid directly from my paychecks. Even so, I may look elsewhere. The process takes too long.
