Full reimbursement as the chosen policy reads. However, there is a long wait for claims to be processed and payment to be disbursed even when all the information is appropriately submitted.
It is a minimum of 28 days and I was told from customer care when I inquired about a claim that it could even be up to 45 days. This is not listed in their advertisements or documents when applying or researching different companies. The information provided claims quick reimbursement and we have never found this to be the case.
