Overall coverage is OK... Timing of handling claims is not very good, although I know that many businesses are struggling with staffing these days. My big problem with this company is that the calculation of deductibles and co-pays is inaccurate... a double dip to ME. That arithmetic leaves me confused and in disagreement. That is one reason that I will not be renewing my Pets Best policy after this policy year ends.
