Pets Best has been remarkably fast in resolving claims. However, they denied a recent claim for my dog's annual vaccinations, saying they had already been paid for the year. She got her vaccinations a week earlier than she did last year. I think they need to review their timelines for annual vaccinations. Next year I'll make sure she gets her shots a week later.
