I am glad I have insurance but it seems EVERY single time I put in a claim a week or two later I get the SAME email saying "At Pets Best, we strive to process claims as quickly as possible. We are currently experiencing longer than anticipated processing times, and apologize for the delay in completing your claim for..." it is every time. Hire more people or just accept that you know it's going to take a long time but these emails that it's taking "longer than anticipated" is a joke.
