Pets Best needs to improve their mobile app- it is constantly glitching and never works for me. I have to use the website every time. Also, it took almost a full month for me to receive an EOB on my most recent claim. They need way more accessible customer service. I can’t get ahold of anyone over the phone, and their online chat feature does not work.
