While it takes them a little time to complete the claims, they are very efficient and have helped us a great deal. Of course, the price goes up every year as the dog ages, which seems a little crazy because we pay for many years without needing many services, however, I rest in comfort knowing when he is older and may need real help, it will be there. I would highly recommend this insurance for anyone who genuinely loves their pet.
