I submitted my first claim on 9/6/23 and received the reimbursement on 10/4/23. The process to submit the claim was easy...but the processing time was not very prompt. I am used to Aflac and their quick processing to get your reimbursement to you faster. The email I received to apologize for the delay makes me think Pets Best needs to hire more claim representatives. Just a suggestion
