Best experience I’ve had with Pets Best is in resolving an appeal that I never should have needed to file because the original claims processor did not process the claim correctly. As many times, as I tried to explain that it was simply a matter of “you have the wrong dog “I still had to go through an appeals process. They, fortunately, were able to get the appeal handled very quickly. More quickly, I might add, than your team processes regular claims. I find claims processing to be very slow, and in the case of my last two, very wrong.
