My only complaint is the time it takes to process a claim and get reimbursed. I have to place the charges on my credit card and then pay interest fees. Otherwise, I'm happy I have insurance for all 3 dogs. One was bit by a rattlesnake in March. His mom, a Newfoundland, started getting seizures about 2 months ago. You just never know what's going to happen.
