I'm very happy with Pets Best. I've never used pet insurance in the past. A tragic, unexpected loss, of our Schnauzer girl , at 8 yrs old, to cancer, I felt it was time. I feel the coverage is of quality and in line with the premium. I only wish the medical claims could be paid a little quicker. But it's certainly not a deal breaker. Keep up the great work team Pets Best!
