At first I was very frustrated because I got denied for what I believe were legitimate expenses. My vet sent in the same information 3 different times because it seemed to get lost. After several phone calls, I got lucky and gig RICCO. He was amazing! He was kind and knowledgeable and really sorted things out. I hope this review reaches him and I hope he gets a raise.
