The only thing that disturbs me is that even though I have asked fo an email before automatically renewing my insurance, you have not done so. This year I wanted to add back the pet wellness package. I did not get the chance. Now you have missed a premium increase and I don't have the service.
If that happens again, I will cancel my policy. I have been a customer for 3 years. Next year early in June I expect an email reminder along with any changes you have made to your policies. Thank you, Carole
