I have asked repeatedly for my Veterinary office to be added to the drop down menu to no avail. My claims were denied by Pets Best for lack of medical records received. My Veterinarian was NEVER contacted! I, myself, facilitated the medical records to be sent with several phone calls between the 2 parties. NOT MY JOB! That’s what I pay for here! I will be leaving Pets Best once these claims are PROPERLY PAID!
