Your processing time is ridiculously slow. When a pet parent has an ongoing issue with an animal it is a burden to wat over a mo th for reimbursement. I know that you think you are a premiere provider but I have had much better customer service and quicker returns on my claims from Healthy Paws and Nationwide.
