It took almost 5 weeks to get any decision. Because of the high deductible and copay I was only given $89 paid back out of the almost $800 for her emergency vet bill.
In addition, it only covered 1 of her vet appts this year and its the end of the year so the monthly payment, deductible, and copays paid out are not even close to being cost effective or helpful for the almost $5000 paid for our puppy JUST this year, for it to now start all over!
I can see if our dog had recurring issues for allergies, cancer, etc it MIGHT be worth all the money, aggrevation, and wait to be reimbursed the miniscule amount but its definitely not for a healthy lab who had a bad reaction to her spay.
