Without Pets Best I would be unable to keep treating my sick kitten for the past year of a still undiagnosed illness. The reimbursements can take a while to come in but compared to not having reimbursements at all it has been the difference between having to make a very difficult decision early on vs giving him a fighting chance. I also have Pets Best for my healthy cat and dog and love it, it feel like a great safety net
