I have been with Pets Best since 2017 and this year I have not berm happy with customer service or Pets Best. This recent time with my claim from November 9th has not been a good experience. I called twice to get an update on my dog Shelby’s claim and was told it was pending, it was reviewed on November 10th and was still pending on December 5th, I was told it was due to people sending in claims for the year, that’s unacceptable. I do not understand why it was pending for that long. I already cancelled my dog Maddy’s policy.
