overall I am satisfied with Pets Best. I only have two comments to make. First of all, everyone should be on board with what is covered. Many times I have to call to correct the reimbursement. The other comment is that the processing time for simple claims is way too long. They always say it is because they have many claims. If that is true then they should hire more processors.
