My first claim did take longer than expected to be reviewed, but they were able to cover most of my pet's recent unexpected surgery and emailed to tell me there was a check in the mail after claims were reviewed. Very glad I had pet insurance. Customer service has always been accessible in chat and pleasant to interact with.
