So far they have paid large claims on two of my dogs, however, they are very slow to pay. I had pet insurance with another company previously and switched to Pets Best since my employer offered it as a benefit. Coverage is very good and I love that it covers exam visits and so much more, but the time to get reimbursed is very long in my opinion minimum of 30 days. Previous pet insurance reimbursed typically in 3-5 days.
