This insurance is such a waste of time and money!!!!! Had it before I ever picked my dog up from the breeder, had a vet checked guarantee from the breeder on picking up puppy of Healthy puppy, than ended up needing emergency surgery 3 months after having her and insurance claimed it was preexisting, had to go thru appeal process and finally got them to pay, this insurance is a joke!!!!
