Cannot easily find a place or way to enter claims for medications covered on our plan.
Also requires paid receipts instead of scrip invoice. Tracking separate receipts for multiple RX drugs is cumbersome. And unecessary. Dog's name/date/drug are all listed on the pharmacy scrip that always comes with a drug.
Otherwise if your vet is fully digital. Their invoices show a "0" balance--meaning invoice has been paid.
