Having insurance for my sweet pup was a lifesaver this year when we found out she had cancer and needed surgery. It’s something you hope doesn’t happen but it’s nice to know you have insurance and that money will not play as much of a factor with their treatment plan if it does happen. Pets Best claims process is very easy to submit. The only thing that has disappointed me is the turnover time after submitting the claim. It can take several weeks to hear about the status of the claim and or for it to be finalized
