This is the first time we have used pet insurance on our pet and have had a policy with the company for about a year. We will continue to insure our pet if the monthly premium does not increase. If the premium increases, and then with the $500 deductible that must be met each year and the 20% copay fees we aren't sure the value is there since our dog does not have many health issues and is usually only at the vet for regular shots and check-ups...the insurance would only be there for unexpected issues and situations that arise but the monthly premium would not have to be increased for us to continue.
