My only issue is the time it takes for claims to be processed. When you put down over $3,000 on a vet bill, waiting over a month to see if the claim has even been processed is a bit frustrating. I do appreciate the occasional email apologizing for the delay in processing claims.
*We've had PB for over a year and a half now and have never had to use it until the fall of 2023 when my dog had more vet visits and illnesses than ever before! Glad we have insurance for crazy instances like this past year.
