Please do away with the autogenerated email and send an email which is specific to the insured. Every claim I submit I receive the same email basically saying your working to process my claim and to speed up the process click on the link for tips to move your claim through the process faster. Guess what? I already use all your tips when submitting a claim and the process is no faster.
