I don't believe I received a fair compensation from your insurance due to my dog's accident. Giving an excuse that the works done to our dog were "standard process" ready made us think twice before continuing to use PetsBest as our dog's insureer. All the work that was done to our dog ("Nano") were exclusively because of the incident. Additionally, the payment took a long time to be sent.
