Read the fine print. I paid for what I thought was a premium price for higher end pet insurance. I took my dog to the vet and submitted the claims. I spent about 160 total but was only reimbursed 60 bucks when I pay for a 90% reimbursement. I was told to read my policy.
I feel like your service is totally different from what you portray.
