Pet insurance, like the pricing of veterinarian care is a very sticky subject overall. Not many people can afford either and unfortunately I believe part of the reason shelters and animal control are at capacity. I am very disappointed I’m paying ten dollars more a month this year after having to drop wellness and some and special services. After doing the math for last year, I found wellness was pretty much a wash and fortunately my dog is very healthy and I have not had to use accident or sickness, so I may consider whether or not coverage at all will work if the premiums continue to raise each year at the rate they did this year. On a brighter side, your app is very easy to use and your customer service representatives who guided us to make the changes to less coverage for more money did an excellent job.
