Overall, I have had a good experience with Pets Best. The premium is much more affordable than many other companies that I have used or gotten quotes from. Policies are very customizable for each pet. I have not had any issues with claims being approved thus far, but the processing time for claims is SO long! Processing time has been 3-6 weeks which has been my one hang about leaving my previous company.
