I have been a customer for many years. Unfortunately, I thought that this insurance would be much better than what really is. On a bill of almost $1,300.00 they pai me not even $200.00. I understand that I had a $800.00 deductible but, never realized how many co-pays they applied to 1 day in the ER... I am very disappointed
