I like the site and company a lot. My only complaint was last year I accidentally scheduled Fiona’s annual exam 1 day early on 5/16/17. The premium was auto payed the next day and I got no reimbursement and company wouldn’t make an exception for 1 day. I did call and plead my case but to no avail
