Overall we have been very happy with Pets Best, competitive premiums and terrific client support. The past couple of claims were done incorrectly as per the conditions of our policy and even though it was an error on the part of Pets Best, I was told I had to fill out an appeal form for both situations. So I had to take time to make multiple phone calls and fill out these appeal forms. The 2 claims were fixed but it was a frustrating process.
