I am so grateful for Pets Best. My kitty has been diagnosed with large cell lymphoma in both her kidneys. If I didn't have Pets Best I wouldn't be able to afford the life saving treatments she needs. I have told all my friends about your company and several have gotten coverage from you.
My only MAJOR complaint is the length of time it takes to get claims reviewed and reimbursed. When you are having to pay thousands of dollars up front, waiting for the insurance reimburesement is agnozing.
