I am overall pleased with Pets Best, however I am frustrated with the constant delays in processing claims since last September. The most recent claim was processed 5 weeks from the date of claim submission which was the date of surgery, so we had to carry that high cost of surgery for over a month. Other than that, I think it's a good policy and definitely worth having.
