Everything has been great up until recently. I wanted to add chiro, PT, and acupuncture to my policy... but they told me I couldn't. The only way to do that is to get a new policy, wait out the waiting periods. And if my dog has any existing conditions, those won't be covered. This should be fixed. You should be able to just add this. Other than that, I am happy with them. Great customer care.
