While the app functionality could be improved a little, that pales in comparison to the relief we have been brought through the reimbursements Pets Best has followed through on after our dog’s orthopedic surgery. After an emergency visit and then surgery for a complete fracture of his tibia, we were unsure how much would be covered of the $8k+ bill since the surgery was technically an optional route. But after less than a month from filing our claim we are seeing about 3/4 reimbursement for oats paid out of pocket and we can finally breathe easy again. So thankful for this service.
