The claims have mostly been very easy to turn in and receive the benefits. I do think they they may want to review some of the amounts they cover as inflation makes vets charge more, the coverage is covering less.
It would be helpful if annually they send out a reminder of what the insurance covers with amounts and which vets they cover near the pet owner.
