I like Pets Best unlimited coverage. I have all 3 of my dogs covered. I like their polite customer service representatives. Whether by phone or chat everyone is always very courteous and helpful. One aspect that I am disappointed with is that it continues to take so long for my claim settlements and reimbursements. Even when my claim gets approved I receive notice that 5-7 days for my reimbursement to show up in my account with direct deposit. I have insurance to help pay Vet bills and almost 3 weeks to get reimbursed is a long time. Maybe that's standard for all pet insurance companies, I don't know. But I do wish turn around time was faster.
