Honestly surprised and happy with how good this insurance is. I do have unlimited 90% reimbursement plan and I went three years without needing it “thankfully” so when it came time to actually use it I was nervous about how well it would work. We’ll let me tell you it has been a saving grace while dealing with one of our cats having pancreatic cancer, last thing we needed was to worry about financing to treat them. That said nearly everything has been covered other then some supplements and claims tend to process fast. I’ve had claims process in a few hours and some that have taken almost a month and a half, again seemingly with no rhyme or reason. 4/5 only due to some extreme claim processing times greater than a month.
